From start to finish, Michael was a great host! The place was a perfect "home base" for all our activities- only 20-30 minutes from various state parks (actually only 15 to Paris Mountain); 15 minutes to Travelers Rest and 30 minutes to downtown Greenville. The home was comfortable with fantastic beds/linens, hot/strong water for showers, smart tvs and little extras thoughtfully presented. We greatly enjoyed our time at this home and thank the host for the hospitality!! I do want to mention that this location is very close to a shooting range because we would have liked to know. For us, it was not just a bit of target practice, it was fairly continuous during the weekend. The home is so well insulated, you can barely hear it from inside, but sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful decks during open hours at the range was impossible for us. I didn't deduct any stars, this is not in control of the host, the home is awesome and we enjoyed our time there!

Michael was very responsive and worked with our needs in every way possible. He was flexible with our need to stay an extra day and is very to talk to. The place was well stocked with snacks, coffee and drinks that came in handy during our very busy stay. I can’t say enough about how this was exactly what we needed while helping family here locally.

Michael was a wonderful host!! He was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We had a problem on day 2 or 3 with the lock and he immediately took care of it!! The house was very clean and comfortable! There were beverages in the fridge, snacks for us to enjoy on the counter and the kitchen was stocked with items needed for cooking !! The location was tucked away and very quiet but also close enough to restaurants and the city! I would 100% recommend this Airbnb!! Our daughter is moving to Travelers Rest so we will see you again Michael!! Thank you, Gary and Janie

Excellent and friendly communication with the hosts! They checked in on us before and after we arrived. The house was EXTREMELY clean and very comfortable! We felt right at home, and had everything we could need or want. Nicely decorated inside and beautiful surroundings outside!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Traveler’s Rest!!

This home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay in Travelers Rest and would highly recommend this place. We loved the peaceful setting with all the beautiful trees around the yard. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

We very much enjoyed our 2-night stay at Cozy Terrace! It was nice and clean and just perfect for the 3 of us! Michael was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Wish we had time to use the parks pass. That’s a really nice perk. I also love that they had extension cords with regular and usb outlets at all bedsides and both ends of the couch. Just an example of the simple touches that made our stay perfect! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very spacious house. Plenty of rooms to hang out play games. Seating outside was great too. Michael was very accommodating to our needs. Although we don’t smoke, our family that visited did and smoking allowed outside and receptacles available was a plus. Met Michael and felt like we knew him. Would definitely stay again

Great location close to many upstate attractions, but able to far enough away to have privacy. Paris Mountain State Park very close and accessible with the included state park pass.
