We very much enjoyed our 2-night stay at Cozy Terrace! It was nice and clean and just perfect for the 3 of us! Michael was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Wish we had time to use the parks pass. That’s a really nice perk. I also love that they had extension cords with regular and usb outlets at all bedsides and both ends of the couch. Just an example of the simple touches that made our stay perfect! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very spacious house. Plenty of rooms to hang out play games. Seating outside was great too. Michael was very accommodating to our needs. Although we don’t smoke, our family that visited did and smoking allowed outside and receptacles available was a plus. Met Michael and felt like we knew him. Would definitely stay again

Great location close to many upstate attractions, but able to far enough away to have privacy. Paris Mountain State Park very close and accessible with the included state park pass.

We were blessed to call Michael's beautiful home "our home" for 16 days in June. Michael is the ultimate super host! Quick to respond to every msg with bucketloads of Southern charm, flexible & willing to "roll" with our family when we made some booking adjustments. The house exceeded every expectation & mine were high based on previous reviews. It is easy to find in a lovely, safe location. It is beautifully maintained & the wooden deck in front & tiered deck out back were our fav hang out spots. The house has great flow & a huge master bedroom/ensuite with lots of lush, soft towels. We loved cooking together in the large kitchen. The living area & covered sun deck allowed us to spread out so we never felt crowded. It is close to TR township, cute restaurants, shops - hello Walmart, lol & the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Made full use of the state park pass & Lake Placid is really close when you need to cool off. This house is an absolute gem! Can't wait to come on back :-) Thanks Michael!

The Cozy Terrace was an excellent getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life we are accustomed to as a family. The house was absolutely perfect in every way, the surrounding area was beautiful and secluded. The hosts were super responsive and helpful when needed. If you're looking for hiking, mountain trails, lakes, rivers, or even a city life in Downtown Greenville, this is definitely the place to be in Travelers Rest. Absolutely perfect, would 100% stay again.

Fantastic place close to a bunch of great hiking, and the state park pass provides saved money and hassle. Clean new and up to date inside, everything was perfect. The day we left we woke up to a dead car battery and Michael was a savior by being there in no time at all to give us a jump start!

Me and my family, had a wonderful stay, very safe environment, located close to good country foods and coffee, or to stay in and cook yourself. very comfy beds and home. They were very responsive to any needs or questions!

We had such a great stay! The space was perfect for our family to say for our son’s graduation. Michael was so helpful in communicating and accommodating our needs.Such a great stay, would definitely go back.
