This was the perfect place for us and our 2 dogs. Quiet, peaceful but close to everything we wanted to do. Michael was super responsive and made sure we were always comfortable.

Michael communicated wonderfully and cared about you enjoying the home. Lots of special things around the house. Mints, snacks body bathing products. We spent Christmas here with a tree and presents for our family. It was a special Christmas for us all:)) Thank you Michael

The Lil' Red Caboose had all the comforts of home. It was nicely decorated and had comfy furniture in the living room too. Michael and his family were awesome hosts! Michael was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Checking in was very easy with our own easy to remember personalized code (no key or card to keep up with!). Michael messaged to make sure our check-in went well and to see if we needed anything. Great attention was paid to even the little things. For example, he left mints on a little plate on the bed; there was a black washcloth for makeup removal in the bathroom; the Keurig pot with coffee pods...I could go on and on. I would highly recommend any of his properties to anyone traveling.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the cozy terrace. It was very clean and well kept. Very close to the TR downtown. The host was accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in. The beds were clean and very comfortable. They also provided bowls, toys and towels for our dog. It’s located very close my mom’s new home so we will surely stay again.

Michael’s place was amazing. Spotlessly clean, furniture was like new, lots of amenities, great location. Everything he described was excellent. The house was spotless, the outside grill was great (we have had to clean in the past places we stayed at), relatively quiet and private. We would highly recommend! Oh and the free SC parks pass was great - thank you for a wonderful week of relaxation!

My kids and I had a wonderful time in Travelers Rest. The house was spacious, clean and had very cozy and comfortable furniture. The host was amazing and very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation spot close to the mountains!!!

From start to finish, Michael was a great host! The place was a perfect "home base" for all our activities- only 20-30 minutes from various state parks (actually only 15 to Paris Mountain); 15 minutes to Travelers Rest and 30 minutes to downtown Greenville. The home was comfortable with fantastic beds/linens, hot/strong water for showers, smart tvs and little extras thoughtfully presented. We greatly enjoyed our time at this home and thank the host for the hospitality!! I do want to mention that this location is very close to a shooting range because we would have liked to know. For us, it was not just a bit of target practice, it was fairly continuous during the weekend. The home is so well insulated, you can barely hear it from inside, but sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful decks during open hours at the range was impossible for us. I didn't deduct any stars, this is not in control of the host, the home is awesome and we enjoyed our time there!

Michael was very responsive and worked with our needs in every way possible. He was flexible with our need to stay an extra day and is very to talk to. The place was well stocked with snacks, coffee and drinks that came in handy during our very busy stay. I can’t say enough about how this was exactly what we needed while helping family here locally.

Excellent and friendly communication with the hosts! They checked in on us before and after we arrived. The house was EXTREMELY clean and very comfortable! We felt right at home, and had everything we could need or want. Nicely decorated inside and beautiful surroundings outside!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Traveler’s Rest!!
