We can't wait for you to experience the best that the upstate has to offer. ---- Our lovely remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 full bath mobile home is located close to the top of a hill on a fairly wooded property and private, quiet backyard. There's a large covered deck with gas grill for fun outdoor activities. We offer a portable campfire ring for peaceful evenings. (Campfires require pre-approval) The home has been fully updated, with a brand new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. A split floor plan gives each room plenty of privacy, as the Master suite, featuring a King bed, Roku TV, attached bathroom, an electric log fireplace to add ambiance and walk-in closet, is on one side of the house, while the hall bathroom and adjacent twin bedroom is on the other side. The twin room features two twin beds and a small closet. Our living area has a lovely plush gray sofa, and a fun accent chair. Also included is a dedicated workspace with direct WiFi connection. An open kitchen and dining area complete the home. Our kitchen is well-equipped with all you will need to cook a fantastic meal, and our coffee bar is stocked with Keurig pods, creamer, and some complimentary snacks. Pets and Pet Amenities We love pets, and welcome them into our home. We include "dirty dog towels" for you for cleaning their paws and any messes and even provide a few treats. All pets must be disclosed to the host and a $100 pet fee will be requested after you book. This helps to pay for additional cleaning needed resulting from our furry friends. If bringing 3 or more pets, this fee could be raised. This is up to the host's discretion. Thank you for understanding. We can assure you that Cozy Terrace will far exceed your expectations.
