The Lil' Red caboose is a warm, comfortable place to stay... terrific for folks relocating to the area; remote workers and also just the perfect place to retreat for a restbit. Stepless entry leads to an open and airy space. The Kitchen/Dining and Living area share one inviting, warm environment complete with a 55 inch Roku TV and breakfast bar which can also be used as a workspace. We offer folding tables to those who would like a dedicated workspace. A split bedroom plan offers additional privacy each with a full bathroom. All three beds have luxurious, high-end cool memoryfoam mattresses. In the back you will find a quaint, covered porch amidst lovely greenery, perfect for bird watching and quiet contemplation. The sunny front deck is exactly that... a restful place to bask in the sun. *Only minutes to multiple wedding venues and the swamp rabbit trail* All-Parks-Pass is included for free parking to the many local state parks.

Check-out 10:00AM No Parties.... any unauthorized guests, without pre-approval, are subject to $90 fee per person and\or immediate termination of the stay. No Fireworks... Unless approved prior to check-in. Unauthorized use of fireworks will result in immediate termination of the stay. Tampering with or disabling internet equipment is prohibited. This includes but not limited to Router, Smart Doorbell, Smart Lock and thermostat (other than adjusting temperature). Violation is subject to immediate termination of the stay. No refunds for nights used before an issue is reported, no refunds if you refuse our resolution and choose to stay.
